A Visitation for Jean will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 Southeast Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. A Funeral Service will occur Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa Ave, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 with a Committal service at 1:30 PM at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, located at 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.

The Carroll family would like to say thank you to everyone that attended our mother, Jean Carroll's viewing and funeral, as well as all who tuned in for the live stream. We thank all who sent so many beautiful floral arrangements. Knowing how much our mother loved her gardening, it was an incredible sight to see her surrounded by an absolutely gorgeous display. Our mother touched the lives of many in her eighty seven year journey, and her presence will live on in each and every memory she created with all of you. Though we are deeply saddened with the loss of her physical presence, we know that, through her faith and devotion to the Lord, she is exactly where she belongs, in the care and protection of "Papa" God. Also, we appreciate all the comments and messages of condolences left for our mother. So many people have felt the magic of the love and kindness she gave so willingly to all she knew. We express our gratitude to all who helped us through this most difficult time, and send a special and sincere thank you to those who traveled countless miles to honor our mother. As her children, we will continue to live our lives as she mentored us to do, and do our best to honor her memory with each day the Lord grants us.

In closing, the expertise, courtesy and exceptional care provided by the senior director, Mrs. Tabitha Matyjaszek and her incredible staff at Aycock Funeral Home, helped to reduce the stress and anxiety which inevitably comes when handling the funeral arrangements for the loss of a loved one. We could not ask for a better group of professionals.
