John C. Rauscher

John Charles Frederick Rauscher, 81, passed away on March 27, 2014 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

John was born in West Taghanik, NY and was a Florida resident for more than fifteen years. John was a Korean War Veteran and proudly served his country in Korea as a radio operator.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jane, and two children, John V. Rauscher of Weare, New Hampshire and Erika Rauscher Markowitz of Scarsdale, New York. He was the beloved grandfather of Keri Carr (20) of Weare, New Hampshire and Max (13), Ross (12) and Chloe (9) Markowitz of Scarsdale, New York. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews in Florida and the Northeastern United States.
