

Born in Warwick, RI, Kerri was a Marine Corps brat while growing up. She resided in several states throughout her lifetime including RI, NH, OR, NC, CA and FL. Kerri attended Central Valley Intermediate, Nova and Shasta High Schools in Redding CA. She has resided mostly in Florida over the past 20 years except for a recent 2 year period in Monahans, Tx. She returned to FL to be close to her family and friends, and has been living in Jensen Beach since March of this year.
Kerri obtained her B.S. in Psychology, and has worked in a variety of jobs, including a case manager for the mentally and physically challenged. She worked in multiple dental practices as a financial and benefits specialist, a receptionist, and as an office manager. She was a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, and Eastern Star, as well as a Mary Kay Consultant.
Kerri was a beacon of positive energy. Her light radiated brightly, and lit up the lives of everyone around her. A glowing smile and booming laugh were her trademarks, along with all things bright, sparkling and beautiful. She was quick witted, funny, and had a heart of gold.
Kerri loved to make people happy, and helped many people over the years. She always strived to be an example of love and light.
Survivors include her husband, James R. Beath of Jensen Beach, FL; her only child Elliott Alexander Kawa of Port St. Lucie FL; her mother Sandra M. Kawa of Lehigh Acres FL; her sister Kristine Kawa of Port St. Lucie, FL, and her Father Henry W. Kawa Jr and his wife Nancy of Sevierville, TN. as well as many friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 10:00AM to 1:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL, with a Celebration of Life Service following at 1:00PM at the funeral Home. A continuation of the celebration of life and light will be held immediately afterward at the Alternative MC Clubhouse on Heritage Drive in Port Saint Lucie.
