Nora Murray

Mrs. Murray served our country during WWII in the US Coast Guard. Prior to retirement, she was a telephone operator for Proctor & Gamble in CT. for 15 years. She was an active member of St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL. She was also very active at the PSL Community Center, loved playing Mahjong; and enjoyed her recent stay at Solaris Assisted Living Facility for the past 9 months.

Nora was predeceased by her husband, Jack, married for 66 years and her daughter Jeanene. She is survived by her loving daughter, Nancy Schumacher and her husband Howard, of Port St. Lucie, FL, her son-in-law, Kevin Bartlett of Farmingdale, NM; six grandchildren, Spencer and his wife Meredith, Bryan, Jennifer and her husband Christopher, Gerard and his wife Marissa, Maggie Rose and her husband James, James Raymond; and three great-grandchildren, Jack, Sienna Jay, and David.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 20, 2017, 11:00AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL. Inurnment will be at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, Port St. Lucie, FL at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation www.themmrf.org. in the name of Jeanene Bartlett.
