Paul Winans

Born in Parkersburg, WV, Paul was a resident of Port St. Lucie for several years.

Prior to retirement, Paul worked as an automobile mechanic.

Mr. Winans loved to fish and garden. He was a member of First Congregational Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Winans of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Christopher Lee Francis of Port St. Lucie; daughter Samantha Mullikin and her husband Mark of Port St. Lucie; step-son, Christopher Walsh of Port St. Luice; two grandchildren, Christopher Lee Francis, Jr., Vivian Claire Francis; sister, Carol Gann of Bradenton, FL and brother-in-law, Russell Jenney and his wife, Virginia of Enid, OK.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 12, 2019, 1:00PM at First Congregation Church, 2401 SE Sidonia Street, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
