Stewart B Haviland

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Stewart was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 24 years, moving from East Northport, Long Island, NY.

Mr. Haviland served our country in the US Army.

Prior to retirement, he was a High School Math Teacher for the Hicksville School District in Hicksville, Long Island, NY for 29 years.

Stewart was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Port St. Lucie, FL.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Wallace Haviland.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Violetta T. Haviland of Port St. Lucie, FL; two sons, Stewart Haviland, Jr. and his wife Jeannie of Port St. Lucie, FL, Paul A. Haviland and his wife Margaret of Sound Beach, Long Island, NY; and one granddaughter, Meagan Haviland.

Services will be on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Hope Lutheran Church in Port St. Lucie, FL.
