She is survived by a son, Joseph Carlisi and a daughter, Linda Forte.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, October 17, 2014, 10:00AM at Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Port St.Lucie, FL, with burial following at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, North Lauderdale, FL.
