Darlene M. Record

Darlene was born in Augusta, ME on January 12, 1957 a daughter of the late Dale A. & Hilda A. (Morgan) Brown.  She attended local area schools, graduating from Erskine Academy in South China, ME.  

She had been employed as a construction worker as well as a Black Jack Dealer out in California.  She also spent time as a courier making deliveries. 

She was a member of the Eagles Club in Augusta and in her younger years she enjoyed driving her motorcycle and spending time with her friends. 

She is survived by her daughter Danielle Hileman and her husband Thomas of Sydney, ME; her son Michael Record and his wife Jenn of Torrington, WY and her five grandchildren Steven Peaslee II, Adrianna and Thatcher Hileman and James and Jodi Ottman, she also leaves her sisters Rosemary Fletcher and Kathy Small both of South China, Linda Pierpont of Winsor, ME and Bette Brown of Winslow, her brothers Karl Brown of Argyle, NY and Sherwin Brown of Hillsboro, OR as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins and her valued friend Hope Atwater.  She was also a sister of the late Dana Brown. 

A graveside service at Chadwick Cemetery in South China, ME will be held at a later date.
