Deborah Trout Plumley, 68, departed this earth on August 5, 2021. Deborah was born on August 8,1952 to the late George Trout Sr and Mary Trout. Deborah lived in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore DE, but settled in her final and favorite destination Old Orchard Beach, Maine with her husband Wil Plumley of 20 years and Daughter Jo-Ann Trout Rinne.

Deborah was a woman of faith. She also loved reading her bible, and sharing her love for the Lord. She loved and cherished her family and friends the most and she will be deeply missed by all of them. She has touched and loved so many with her kindness, love, openness and sense of humor.

Deborah is survived by her husband Wil Plumley, Daughter Jo-Ann Trout Rinne, 2 Grandchildren Daniel Rinne and Leah Rinne and numerous friends and family. Her love will continue in our hearts forever.
