She was born on March 4, 1963 in Inglewood, CA a daughter of the late Milton Churchill & Thelma (Brown) Blake Jr.
Edie was a member of the Eastern Star, Chapter 171 and an Advisor for the New Marblehead Chapter DeMolay.
She is survived by her son Everett Reid Blakelund and her fiancée Dale Goodwin, both of Cumberland as well as her sister Sheila Welt of California.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 3 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 964 River Road, Windham; A pot luck supper to follow to remember and celebrate her life.
