Portland, Maine - Elizabeth "Betty" Siteman Button passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2020 surrounded by family. She was born November 2, 1951 in Portland, Maine to George and Rita Siteman. She attended Portland schools.
Betty had a variety of jobs, including Eastern Book, Holiday Inn by the Bay, and Dyer's Variety. She is survived by her three sons Christopher Siteman and his fiancée Katie of Portland, Keith Siteman and his wife Danielle of Portland, and Coty Siteman of Haverhill Massachusetts. She is also survived by Sisters, Ann Siteman and Carol Auspland, and brother Richard Siteman. She had 6 grandchildren as well as one great-grandchild. In addition to relatives, she is survived by best friend Lisa Goodine of Portland and former husband Harrison Button of Florida.
We are deeply saddened by this loss. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Lung Association of Maine located in Augusta.
There will be no service open to the public; survivors instead will be choosing to celebrate her life privately.
