Glenn E. Howarth

Glenn was born in Portland, Maine the son of Wallace and Janet (O'Neal) Howarth. Glenn spent his childhood growing up in Houlton and Gorham, graduating from Gorham High School class of 1975.

On July 9, 1977, he married Kathleen (Joy) and together they made their home and raised their family in Westbrook. Glenn enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, especially the time he spent with his grandchildren. Glenn worked for many years for Sappi Paper Mill and Lamtec Printing, retiring in 2010. 

He is predeceased by his parents and a granddaughter Leiana Howarth. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, a son Joshua of Cumberland, daughters Miranda Peaslee and husband Silas of Steep Falls, Sarah Athearn and husband Mike of South Portland. Grandchildren Kyle Howarth, Penelope Howarth, Zachary Peaslee, George Athearn ,Eleanor Athearn and a brother Michael Howarth of Palmer, Alaska.

Honoring Glenn wishes, there will be a private graveside service at Pulpit Rock Cemetery, North Waterford, ME.
