Hazel Boucher, age 80, peacefully passed away Friday, May 30, 2025, in Lewiston, Maine. Hazel was born on January 19, 1945, as the daughter of the late Lester Davis and the late Helena (Robertson) Davis.
Hazel loved to read, do crosswords, and board puzzles. Though her favorite things to do were making diamond art and crocheting items to gift to those around her. Using her hands, she created memories that her family will hold forever. Her knitted slippers, hats, and gloves will keep everyone warm for years to come. Hazel cherished time spent with family and grandchildren, whom she adored.
Mrs. Boucher is the beloved wife of Raymond and the dearest mother of Kevin (Phyllis) Boucher, Timothy Boucher, and Lisa (Jerry) Doherty. She is the loving grandmother of Renee, Aaron, Tara, Corey, and Brandi—Great-grandmother of Katelyn, Mason, Tyler, Carter, and Grant. Hazel is the dear sister of Georgia, Harvard, Karla, Roy, Foster, and Dodi.
Hazel Boucher will be cremated at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn, Maine. There will be a celebration of life in the future for family and friends to reminisce on memories with Hazel.
