Pauline M. (Richard) Hahn

She was born in Rumford, the second of seven children of Alyre Joseph and Claire Marie (Michaud) Richard.  She attended Rumford schools and earned a B.A. in Medical Technology in 1976 from the University of Maine. Upon graduation, she was hired by Mercy Hospital in Portland where she worked until shortly before her death attaining the position of senior technologist. 

She was predeceased by her mother and an older sister, Venise Van Tassel.  She is survived by her husband of 38 years, David Russell Hahn of South Portland; her father in Portland; three brothers, Maurice Richard of South Portland, Raymond Richard of Portland and Emile Richard and wife Rita Cantor of Gorham ,and two sisters: Elaine Boyd and husband Jeff of Rochester, NH, and Christine Reed and husband Eric of Exeter, NH. 

There will be no funeral service per the wishes of the deceased.
