The Lord came for Rich at home under the care of Southern Maine Hospice aftera long battle with Cancer. His beloved wife of 42 years and family was at his side.
He was a patriotic, very proud Veteran of 14 years of the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard of CT. His 37 years of work at Sikorsky Aircraft, Stratford, CT. was always met with integrity, dedication, and pride. He was a devoted and loving husband and father of 3; Rick Truitt of CT. (who was predeceased); Rheanne Truitt Salzburg of Brookings, Oregon; and Shannon Demers of Dummer, NH.
