Robert G. Burnham

He was born in Lewiston, ME on February 13, 1956 a son of the late Harold R. & Jean A. (Beckman) Burnham.  He grew up in Auburn, attending local area schools and graduated from Edward Little High School in 1974.

Robert worked for over twenty years at Elmet Technologies (formerly Philips Elmet) of Lewiston, ME.  He was a great gardener and annually had a flower and vegetable garden.  He also dabbled in fishing, cooking and writing.

He is survived by a daughter Chavonne Duteau and her husband Kevin of Auburn and six grandchildren Tiah, Noah and Izaiah Duteau and Emma, Katie and Zoey Dill.  He also leaves a brother Raymond Burnham of Lewiston and a sister Susan Bedford and her husband Jeff of Greene, ME as well many dear friends.  He was also the father of the late Abigail R. Dill who died on March 6, 2012; he was also the brother of the late Michael Burnham.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at East Auburn Baptist Church, 560 Park Ave., Auburn. 

Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn, ME.
