

He was born on October 28, 1932 in Portland, ME a son of the late Roy A. and Delia A. (Larson) Waterman. Ronald grew up in Scarborough and attended Scarborough schools.
Ronald spent thirty four years working for Emery Waterman Co. in Portland and also ran C & R Lunch in Buxton with his wife until retiring in 1995.
He was a member of the American Legion, Sons of Foreign Wars; The Fraternal Order of Eagles in Portland, the Portland VFW and was a very active member of the Moose Lodge in Scarborough.
Ron loved to sing and dance and was a huge karaoke fan as well as an avid hunter and fisherman.
Besides his wife he is survived by five children Ronald W. Waterman of Island Falls, ME, Donald G. Waterman and Tiana Small of Buxton, Russell A. Waterman and his wife Trina of Waterboro, Cynthia S. Townsend and her husband Darrell of Buxton and Lauri Reynolds and her husband Jesse also of Buxton. He also leaves fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren as well as a brother Kenneth Waterman and his wife Connie of Atlanta, GA and many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends. He was also the father of the late Dennis K. Waterman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 4 p.m. at Black Point Cemetery, Black Point Road, Scarborough, ME.
