He was born in Lewiston, ME on December 5, 1960 a son of the late Richard & Nancy Lowell.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Lowell, daughters Taylor and Ashley Lowell, grandson Elijah Buckley, Sister Donna Paradis, Brother Richard Lowell and nephews Richard Paradis and Travis Lowell.
There will be no services.
