She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; son, Burt; and mother, Emma Coffey Moore.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Pamela Parker McCann and husband, Patrick; grandchildren, Amanda Bowman of N. Chesterfield, VA, Emily Smith of Raleigh, NC and Timothy McCann of Chesterfield, VA; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 1pm Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC 27612.
