Connie was born in Elkin, NC on March 31, 1934.
Connie is survived by her children, Pennie Snow and Joseph D. Snow (Donna); her grandchildren, Patrick Matthews (Jennifer); and her great-grandchildren, Corey and Justin Matthews, Camryn and Griffin Stanley.
Connie is predeceased by her husband, Donald R. Snow on July 3, 2003; her parents Robert Lee Freeman and Norma Smith Freeman; her siblings, Jack Freeman, Clarence Freeman, Elizabeth Stewart, Rhumell Pardue; and her cousin, Jimmy Freeman.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 2nd at 2:00pm at Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum, 7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612.
