Erik was awesome. He pretended to be gruff like Rod and it just made you smile. What a terrible loss!

I simply cannot believe you are gone. You always had a smile and a kind word for everyone at the Sportsplex where we held you up as our leader in fitness. We will miss you.

Erik was an encouraging and caring instructor. He will be missed.

Erik was both fun and inspiring as an instructor. He cared about each person's experience in his classes and made me believe in doing my best each day.

Erik was a very special person to many people.  We loved him as an instructor and a friend.  He will be missed more than he would have ever imagined.  We will miss his wit, his intelligence, his expertise, his candor, and his sensitivity.
