Marlene R. Hendricks, 73, of Raleigh, passed away on June 22, 2010. She was born September 3, 1936 to the late Lawrence and Evelyn Juchem in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Marlene and her husband Philip moved to Raleigh in 1993 where she continued her love for gardening and enjoyed making new friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Clarence Philip Hendricks, Jr. Marlene is survived by her two nephews Darren and Devry Hawkins and a Grand-nephew Scott E. Hawkins.
Her family will receive friends Sunday, June 27, at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh from 1:00-4:00pm.
