What a good man Col. Theer  was. RIP Marine Sempe Fi. 

Richard E Theer was my grandfather and a wonderful man. I have many fond memories from when my brother and I were growing up. We would stay at their house during summers, and I remember holiday gatherings at their house and always walking in the yard with him. Though we hadn’t spoken in several years I always loved and cherished my grand father. I am happy he is reunited in heaven with my grandma, his sweetheart, Ottilie.
