Bob was born March 6, 1926 in Albany, NY. He was a WWII and Korean War veteran of the US Navy. Bob was a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Raleigh.
He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Kenneth Rosenblum.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Maureen; daughters, Patricia Rosenblum of Brooklyn, NY; and Barbara Owens and her husband, Dave of Cary; son, Robert Tremblay and his wife, Darlene of South Windsor, CT; sister, Jean Marks of Albany, NY; 6 grandchildren, Eryn, Seth, Allison, Jennifer, Meghan, and Melissa.
A funeral mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 10th, 2011 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 11401 Leesville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613. The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow the service at the church columbarium.
