Cynthia Lavern Bell (Stacy), "Nani" was born September 19, 1951 in Sonora, California to Ivan and Hazel Stacy, and passed away surrounded by her loved ones on March 7, 2024 at the age of 73 in Red Bluff, California. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kim Bell of Red Bluff. Her son Bret Bell, and her daughters Christina Deschamp and Kindra Lourence. Cynthia is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, her sister Dorothy Woodward and two brothers Daniel and Stan Stacy.
She is preceded in death by her son Nathan Quinn and her parents Ivan and Hazel Stacy.
Cynthia raised her family in Red Bluff Ca and worked as a nurse in the mental heath field for over 30 years. She was a dedicated member of High Point Assembly Church and was a blessing to her family and community in so many ways. She will be dearly missed.
