1918-2020, Ralph Robert Emmons of Los Molinos CA, born February 13th, 1918 in Bridgeport CA passed away at his home in Los Molinos CA November 9th, 2020 at the age of 102. He married Jane Cecilia Zortman October 28th, 1946 in Carson City, NV. They had four children, Thomas Leon Emmons (deceased), Linda Jane Sharp (deceased), Kathy Alice Arter of Redding, CA, and Shirley Inez Oliver of Los Molinos. He had 3 grandchildren, Robert Leon Sharp of Anderson, Susan Trilby Michaels of Redding and Ronald Sean Arter of Redding. 5 Great-Grandchildren, Erica Corinne Fung of Redding, Alyssa Kathleen Martin of Redding, Melanie Jane Sharp of Cottonwood, Hannah Marie Michaels of Redding, Kylie Alyson Sharp of Anderson. 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren, Katelyne Inez Sharp of Redding, Mark Robert Wayne Fung of Redding, Michael Alonzo Shoulders of Cottonwood, Marquel Andre Shoulders of Cottonwood, Peyton Lee Martin of Redding, Brady Paul Martin of Redding, Mason Warren Fung of Redding.
He played the guitar in a band for years in Laytonville, CA. He was a logger in the redwoods on the California coast. He moved to Alderpoint in 1949 where they bought the Alderpoint store. Moved to Red Bluff in 1971 where they purchased the Sportsman’s Motel. Retired in Los Molinos in 1976.
He loved to hunt and fish at the cabin he owned in Dixie ID. He would play games with his family, his favorite was playing dice, which he won 99% of the time. Even at the age of 102 he was still so sharp and alert, great memory and a math wizard. He was a life-time member of the Masonic Lodge.

Grave side services will be held at the Los Molinos Cemetery on Saturday November 14th, at 1:30PM.
