Anthony Marcellus Cover, 59, of Highland Springs, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013. He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Breeden. Anthony is survived by his parents, David & Floy Cover, of Highland Springs; son, Dominick Marcellus Cover; brother, Terence D. Cover (Sheila); and two nieces, Kathryn Cover Hamner (Chris), Sarah E. Cover; and nephew, David A. Cover. Anthony was a retired employee of Philip Morris USA. He loved to fish and work in his garden. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, August 25 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, Va 23231. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 26 at Washington Memorial Park.
