Charles H. Christiansen "Chris"

Charles H. Christiansen “Chris”, 85, of Sandston passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. He was a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and was a farmer for most of his life. He belonged to the Sandston Moose Lodge No. 1937 for 50 years. He is survived by his wife, Betty B. Christiansen; two children, Donald R. Christiansen (Danielle) and Diana C. Powell (Mike); four grandchildren, Matt, Keith, April and Justin; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Albert Christiansen, Jr. “Chris” (Virginia); and countless longtime friends of the Elko community. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231.
