Charles E. Powell, 76, of Sandston, went to be with his Savior on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Hazel Powell and brother, George. He retired as owner of C. E. Powell Plumbing and loved vacationing at Myrtle Beach, drag racing, bowling and watching western movies. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 58 years, Brenda; daughters, Tammy Spring (Joey), Susan Boltz (Bo) and Donna Radwani (David); six grandchildren, Travis Spring (Caitlin), Andrew Spring (Amy), Amanda Williams, Buck Boltz, Brandon and Nicholas Radwani; seven great-grandchildren, Delaney, Ella, Blakeley, Bristol, Alexis, Blair and Summer; and brother, Carrol “Pee Wee”. The family will receive friends Monday, July 1, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
