She was preceded in death by her mother, Ada Elizabeth Norris; father, Stanley Randolph Lowery; and brother, Michael Wayne Lowery and is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Mell Manley Keenan, JR.; son, Marc Stephen Keenan (Carol); grandchildren, Tiffany Keenan (Davey) and her son Connor; Jeremy Lowery and his children, Easton and Madilynn; and Elizabeth Lowery; siblings, Stanley Lowery (JoAnne), Sue Roberts, Tina Turner; and many nieces and nephews.
She never met a stranger and was loved by many, and above all, she enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 30th at 1:00 p.m. at Four Mile Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 2950 New Market Road, Henrico, VA 23231.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 1417, Gloucester, VA. 23061
The family would especially like to that the Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue for all they did for her in her time of need.
