Doris Stone Mills

Doris Stone Mills, 92, of Henrico, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Raleigh Mills, Jr.; and daughter, Nancy Mills English. She is survived by her granddaughter, Amanda English Lumpkin (Donald); great grandchildren, Bryce and Bryant Lumpkin; niece, Linda Pickering; great nieces; Janice Renick and Janey Neff; and numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family members. Doris was an active member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, serving on the Kitchen Committee for many years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. A graveside service will be held at 3pm on Thursday, February 25 at Washington Memorial Park.
