As a Classmate our friend was always kind , cheerful , and a gentleman !!! We will always miss this wonderful person and the life and smiles he always brought our way !!! So sorry to hear about my cousin  Eddie's passing.  I remember the last time I saw him was at a family reunion, which was sometime ago.  Jordan, my son, was a little fellow then and I remember Eddie teaching him how to play horse shoes.  Jordan had so much fun that day thanks to Eddie.  Again my condolences to Aunt Carol and the rest of the family.

My sincere condolences to the Wilson family for the loss of a loving , wonderful, caring, giving and a full spirited man. I had the privilege of being his friend and cutting his hair for over 25 yrs. We shared so many laughs and stories. I’m going to truly miss you Peanut !!!!

My sincerest condolences to the Wilson family.  Peanut (I always called him my Snoopy) was one of my very best friends at Fairfield Jr. High School.  Unfortunately, we started to fall out of touch after FJHS in 1971.   The last time I saw him was when he played in Carousel at HSHS.  His performance was wonderful and I remember well his welcoming hug back stage afterwards. Peanut was one of the most kind-hearted and unselfish people I have ever known.  I don’t remember him ever uttering a mean-spirited word about anyone.  We shared so many laughs and confidences that I will always carry in my heart.  May God Bless his family and give them comfort.  

My good friend and favorite dance partner in the high school musicals...my/our favorite was Carousel.  A fine man, indeed.

I remember "Peanut"  being one of the most gregarious individuals I've ever known.  Never a  person of  self-pity  or discontent.   Ed always brought a smile to my face whenever I'd see him in the halls of  Highland Springs High or with friends after school.  I am so thankful I was able to see Ed at our last high school reunion.  Ed had not changed one bit from that person I'd grown to cherish when we were young teenagers.  I will miss his laughter and his spirit.

Eddie was a kind and good hearted man.Every time I came over,he always gave me a big bear hug and kiss on my cheek.He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.💔💔🇺🇸🇺🇸😇😇

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice B. Wilson; father, Jack D. Wilson Sr.; and sister Jacqueline W. Dickerson.  He is survived by his mother, Carol C. Wilson; sister, Michaelen W. Kibler (Bobby); 3 brothers, Jack D. Wilson Jr. (Linda), Timothy D. Wilson, William D. Wilson (Lisa), and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
