Frances M. Harris, 66, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Joan Sprouse. Frances is survived by her children, Lisa Haigler and Donald Harris; grandchildren; Dennis, Heather and Shawn, Michelle, Brandon, Matthew; and two great grandchildren; and siblings, Bill and George Hailey.
