YOUNG, Frances Custer, 85, of Sandston, Va., passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 23, 2018. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Hylton; daughters, Lori Johnson (Lin), Whitney Farrow (Dave); grandchildren, Emily Whittemore (Willie), Matt Johnson, Zach Farrow (Erin) and Shane Farrow; great-grandchildren, Addison and Jackson Farrow; and her brother, Jim Custer of Roanoke, Va. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 11 a.m., Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr., Sandston, Va. 23150. A reception will follow at Sandston Baptist Church, 100 W. Williamsburg Rd., Sandston, Va. 23150. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
