Gloria Oliver Wagner

(Oliver), went to be with

her Savior August 31,

2018 in Richmond, Va. She

was born July 12, 1936.

She was the daughter of

Everette Carrington Oliver

and Irene Atkinson Oliver.

She was preceded in death

by her husband, Charles

Stanley Wagner Sr. She is

survived by her children,

Patricia Clement, Charles

“Chuck” (Amy) Wagner Jr.

and Mark (Kris) Wagner;

grandchildren, Jason

(Cathy), Jeremy, Alex,

Ethan, Jake (Brittany), Luke

(Olivia), Erin (Andrew),

Nick, Mary, Nathaniel

and Matthew; greatgrandchildren,

James,

Dylan, Chloe, Hunter, J.C.,

Jaxson, Nash and four more

arriving soon; and

great-great-granddaughter,

Lily. Gloria was a graduate

of John Marshall High

School and Virginia

Intermont College. She

retired from Henrico

County, where she was a

school bus driver for many

years and also worked in

the administrative offices

of the county library. She

was a member of Four

Mile Creek Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from

4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday at

Four Mile Creek Baptist

Church, 2950 New Market

Rd., Henrico, where her

funeral service will be held

at 5 p.m. Interment will be

in the church cemetery.
