WACKER, Janet M., 83, of Highland Springs, passed away Monday, May 30, 2016. Janet was a retired teacher's aide at Fair Oaks Elementary School. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Gladys Mace. Janet is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles F.T. Wacker; daughter, Janice W. Felker (Rick), and son, Mark Wacker (Rosanne Minerva); grandchildren, Rich Felker, Steven Felker, and Johanna Wacker; four great grandchildren; six sisters and one brother. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
