Joseph Harvey Bogdan, born 4/1/40, went to Heaven on 1/2/15. He was beloved by his wife of 51 years, Beverly; his daughters Lisa Foster (Steve), Robin Bastin (Max), and Cheryl Finch (John); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Ian, Caleb, and Joel. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Annie Bogdan, and his sister, Christine Hicks. Joe was retired from the US Navy and Circuit City, and was a Redskins fan through thick and thin. Visitation will be at Nelsen Funeral Home on Laburnum from 12-2pm Thursday, January 8, followed by the service at 2pm with Pastor Mark Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
