Born in San Antonio, Texas, she was extremely proud to be Texan. While she lived most of her life in Virginia, Texas was her true home. She loved growing flowers, collecting antiques and had amazing baking skills!
Judy was predeceased by her parents, JR and Lena Ross, twin sister Janice "Nicky" Ellis, daughter Stephanie Bloomfield and great-grandson Jacob Wooten
She is s survived by children Tessa Ludwig (Kurt), Jennie Phipps (Scott), and Ross Tomlin (Amy), grandchildren Tucker Renick (Hillary), Tyler Renick (Heather), Joshua Renick (Ann-Marie), EJ Bloomfield, Emmett Phipps, Ethan Phipps, Emily Colby, Isabella and Jackson Tomlin, and great-grandchildren Emma Renick and Jayce Renick. Also mourning her loss are siblings whom she missed dearly, Susan Chaffee (Jeffrey), Michael Ross, Mary Beth Leamon (Garry), Jon Ross, and many extended family members.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
