Justin Wayne Mackey, 51, of Sandston, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his father, William James Mackey, Sr.; and mother, Helen G. Smith.
He was a beloved son and brother.
He is survived by his brothers, William Mackey, Jr. and Mitch Page; a sister, Beth Page; a nephew, Joey Page; stepfather, Charles H. Smith, Jr.; stepmother, Carole Mackey; and aunt, Jackie Gray.
