Kathy Clark Mowrey

Kathy Clark Mowrey, 66, of New Kent passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018. She was a fiscal technician for the Department of Juvenile Justice and was a member of Sandston Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister and is survived by her husband, Dennis Mowrey; children, Dietra Tucker (Terry), Derrick Childress (Michelle) and Bill Mowrey (Lauren); grandchildren, Natalee Murphy, Laci Murphy, Dominick Childress, Conner Akers, Matthew Quinney, Carlos Mowrey and Luis Mowrey; great-grandchildren, Kayslee “Bug” Adkins and Kristina “Peanut” Adkins; and her sisters, Judy Clark and Theresa Alley. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 1, at 2 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231.
