Kim was born on March 31, 1982 to Martha and Edward W. Luck.
In addition to her parents, Kimmy is survived by her son, Donald; brothers, Wayne and Kevin; and her loving boyfriend, Mike.
Kim was an outgoing person who always loved to help people in need. She was a private duty nurse and she worked side-by-side with her mom. Kimmy was an inspiration to everyone she met and had a heart of gold. She could light up a room with her presence. Kim will be missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 17. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
