Larry Anthony Cox

Larry Anthony Cox, on April 2, 2017, God called another angel home. Larry joins in heaven his mother and father, Lewis Cox Sr. and Gladys Butler Cox; and his brother, Donald Cox Sr. Larry was an amazing father, raising his three children on his own, Amy Cox (Robert Carroll), Eric Cox (Amber) and Tammy Campbell (Jason). In 1995, he married Madge and took the role of dad to her four children, Lisa Russell, Lennie Bowles (Toni), Robbie Bowles and Mary Bowles Tucker (Eric). Together, they made the most wonderful family that includes 13 grandchildren, Dalton and Dustin Collins and Dillon Jones, Nick, Colby and Kaylee Carroll, Jon, Aaron and Christa Bowles, Samantha Cox, Arika and A.J. Tucker and Ethan Campbell; one great-granddaughter, Jillian Crowley; his brothers, Dickie Cox (Janie) and L.A. Cox Jr. (Sue); a devoted niece, Toni White; as well as many other nieces and nephews. Larry never met a stranger and was loved by everyone who knew him. He was always the first one to be there when needed and the last to leave. He will be missed by all who loved him.
