Mabel Perry Latham

LATHAM, Mabel P., 93, of Sandston, went to be with her Savior in Heaven on July 2, 2016. She was the Christian leader of our family, and was a faithful member of Oak Hall Baptist Church. She went on to her place as our Guardian Angel where she is happily reunited with the love of her life, George Latham, and we know they will dance. She is survived by her children, Joan Mise, Thomas Latham, and Toni Rierson; grandchildren, Fallon Blankenship (Chase), Charlotte Porter (William), Deanna Lewis (Gary), and Alan Latham (Shannon); great grandchildren, Taylor Blankenship, Evan Latham, Dillon Latham, and Logan Latham; and very special niece, Janet Chartier (Dennis). A special thanks to Asera Care Hospice for their loving care. A visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A memorial service will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 11 am. Private interment at Signal Hill Cemetery at a later date.
