ROBERTS, Margie Peay, 90, a long-time resident of Richmond, Va., died May 26, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy; and 12 siblings. Margie retired after 30 years of service with the American Tobacco Company. Margie loved her family and devoted her life to them. She is survived by her children, Pam Smith and her husband, Rhett, Patricia Foreman and Gary Wayne Roberts. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews and a special niece, Rae Duke, her husband, Mike, and their children and grandchildren that Margie thought of as her own. She is also survived by a special family friend and caregiver, Elenor Loving. Visitation will take place at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. on Thursday, May 28, from 5 to 8 p.m., with a service in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park. The family extends a special thanks to all of her caregivers and At Home Care Hospice.
