She was predeceased by her parents Welton H. Jones, Sr. and Mary Alice (Gregory) Jones.
Ann was a special lady with a deep love for history, science, and travel. She graduated from Manchester High School and then attended the old Johnston Willis school of nursing located on Kensington Avenue in Richmond, Virginia and graduated in 1964 as a Registered Nurse. She dedicated her life to caring for others as a passionate and devoted RN throughout her career.
She is survived by her younger brother, Welton H. "Buzz" Jones Jr., and his wife Jane, as well as her daughter, Susan Kendall Bahen. Ann also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren—Alexandra, Ashton, and Evan—who were very special to her.
Ann will be remembered for her strength and for her unwavering devotion to her family. Ann will be cremated and the family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
