Percy Biglow, Harding Jr., 89, of Sandston, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Florence L. and Percy B. Harding Sr.; sisters, Maybelle Crump, Betty Traylor, Helen “Teenie” Lafemina and Barbara Caplan; and his grandson, Jason Tillack.
Percy retired as a bricklayer and served honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion and the Bricklayer’s Union. He loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Beth Berry (Mike), Michael Harding (Cindy) and Becky Armstrong; grandchildren, Jesse Tillack, Jennifer McIntyre, Hillary Armstrong, Audrey Christesen, Robert Armstrong, Elizabeth Harding, Michael Harding Jr. and Paul Harding; great-grandchildren, Emma, Sloan, Jacob and Jackson; and many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family and friends who have continued to show love and support.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
