FORTNEY, Richard J., 61, of Sandston, Va., passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bina Fortney. Richard is survived by his wife of 36 years, Angela Fortney; son, Chad Fortney (Jen); granddaughter, Vera Anette Fortney; twin brother, Robert Fortney (Theresa); and father, Richard L. Fortney. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 3699 Darbytown Rd., Henrico, Va. 23231.
