CONSTABLE, Rosalita W., 68, of Sandston, Va., passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents Florence Elvin Tanner and Alden Charles Wallace, Sr.; and her husband Alfred L. Owens, Sr. She is survived by her son Christopher (Michelle); siblings Alden, Jr. and Calvin Wallace, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and her beloved pet, Bear. Rosalita was a retired employee of AT&T and enjoyed word search puzzles, and shopping. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va., where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018. Interment to follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
