Scott "Sparkplug" Andrew Sparks

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward Sparks, Sr. and Phyllis Ann Sparks; and his beloved rescue dog, Ginger. Scott worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Loretta Martin Sparks; step-son, Timothy Travis Dunn, Jr.; brothers, Steve Sparks (Karen), Charles Edward Sparks, Jr. (Jessica); mother-in-law, Peggy Jane Martin; nieces, Casey, Mia, Chloe, and Bria; nephews, Bryan, Charlie, and David (Shug); and his beloved rescue pit, Snaps.

His remains rest at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231. Due to current world events and as a safety and health precaution, services will be postponed and announced at a later date.
