Walton Jr., Wiley, of Henrico, formerly of Ragland, West Virginia, passed away November 3, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents; eight brothers; and one sister. He is survived by his daughters, Margaret Redford and her husband Lloyd and Debbie Isley and her husband Arthur; two grandchildren, Jason Redford and Ashley Payne; as well as great-granddaughter, Lilly Maynard. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Washington Memorial Park.
